Deep cleanings include additional detail work and focus on buildup, baseboards, fixtures, high-touch areas, hard-to-reach spaces, and more intensive kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
A small deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for first-time clients, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out services, or large projects.
* A 25% booking deposit may be collected at the time of scheduling.
* The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
* If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
